The Fox Wife: A Novel

At the same time, a wealthy family suffering from a generations-old curse hires a new servant named Snow. She appears charming and harmless, but she is in fact a fox spirit in disguise, driven by grief and determined to avenge the death of her child. As Snow hunts for the killer across China and Japan, Bao follows the clues, and their paths begin to converge.

Blending history, folklore, mystery, and emotional depth, the novel explores love, loss, and the blurred line between the human world and the supernatural.
